Bro Coin
The Bro Coin is a disc that you keep in your pocket at all times. I came up with this Disc to help with Mens mental health, especially for the guys who do not always like to open up about their own journey.
The idea is to keep it in your pocket or somewhere where it can be seen regularly, often & when you most need to!
Any time you hold the Disc, you think of the words 'YOU'RE WORTH IT' 'HE MANA TŌU' (Te reo Māori)
this becomes your mantra that helps to lift you up when you're feeling down.
When you feel like you don't need it anymore and you have a friend who may need reminding that they're also worth it, pass it on to them and let them know what it is for.
My hope is that this is just enough to get you through whatever is troubling them, To let them know that they are loved and 100% worth it.
In Te Reo Māori 'HE MANA TŌU' can be translated to 'you have the power'.
You hold the power to change your situation.
